Make sure you've completed:
β League setup (General settings, divisions, photos)
β Decided on your event format (flex start, shotgun, tee times)
β Chosen whether to use pre-registration or check-in only

π How to Create an Event
Step 1: Navigate to Event Creation
Go to League Tools (udisc.com/dashboard or You β Menu (β‘) β Dashboard)
Select your league
Tap Events tab
Tap + Create new event
Step 2: Choose Your Event Template
Select the template that fits your event:
π Casual sign up - Player check-in, flexible arrivals, supports recurrence
π Formal sign up - Pre-registration, organized tee times, supports recurrence
π Casual multi-day - Weekend events, no recurrence
βοΈ Advanced - Multi-round tournaments, pools, no recurrence, no handicap scoring
π‘ Pro tip: Use Single Round templates for your first event. You can always create Advanced events later when needed.
Step 3: Configure Event Basics
Required:
Event name - Include date or week number (e.g., "Tuesday League - Week 5")
Event date - When the event takes place
Event time - Start time (displayed to players)
Course & layout - Where players will compete
Optional:
Divisions - Select divisions or skip (divisions are optional)
Event tags - Add tags like Glow, Ace pool, Beginner friendly
Registration - Enable pre-registration if using Formal template
β° Timing note: Events are searchable immediately. Check-in opens at midnight on event day.
Step 4: Review and Publish
Double-check:

β Course and layout accurate
β Settings match your format
Tap Create event to publish.
