Quick Answer
Running a weekly on UDisc is free and simple: (1) Apply for a league at udisc.com/leagues/apply, (2) Complete league setup, (3) Create your first event, (4) Share with players. Most leagues are approved instantly and you can create events the same day.
π Step 1: Apply for Your League
Go to udisc.com/leagues/apply
Fill out the application (league name, main course, contact info, description)
Submit and wait for approval (usually instant, sometimes 24-48 hours)

Once approved, you'll be redirected to League Tools:
Go to General tab and fill in league details
Configure Divisions (optional)
Upload Photos (optional but recommended)
Enable Standings if desired (optional)

π Step 3: Create Your First Event
Go to League Tools β Events β + Create new event
Choose template:
Casual sign up - For check-in only, no pre-registration
Formal sign up - For pre-registration
Set date, time, course, and divisions
Tap Create event

Get the event link:
Go to Events tab in League Tools
Select your event
Tap View/share event quick link
Share with players:
Post on social media
Share in club group chats
Print QR code for course notice board
Email your members
Players can also find events by searching the Events tab in UDisc.

π― Step 5: On Event Day
Players will:
Check in through the UDisc app (starting at midnight on event day)
Create their own cards (if using Casual sign up) or see assigned cards (if you created them)
Keep score in real-time
You can:
Monitor live scoring from the Leaderboard
Send messages to players if needed
Make score corrections if necessary

Creating Multiple Weeks at Once
Want to schedule your whole season?
Use the Casual sign up or Formal sign up templates with the recurrence option:
When creating an event, look for recurrence settings
Set up weekly events (e.g., every Wednesday from January-March)
All events are created at once
