Updated over 3 weeks ago

To update an existing upcoming League event, follow the steps below:

  1. Head to your League Tools at udisc.com/dashboard or by tapping More β†’ Dashboard in the app.

  2. Select your league, tap into the Events tab, select the event you’d like to update, and tap the Edit icon in the upper-right.

  3. In the edit page you can:
    - Edit the Event Name
    - Edit the Description
    - Change the Start Date, Start Time, and End Time
    - Change the Start format
    - Change the Play Format
    - Turn on/off Scorecard Statistics
    - Edit the Course
    - Edit the Layout
    - Enable or disable Handicap scoring
    - Add or edit the Scorecard Message
    - Add or edit Divisions
    - Edit Optional extras
    - Delete or Cancel your event

Once a scorecard has been created for the event, some items can no longer be edited such as Course, Layout, Start Date or Time, Play Format, and Scorecard Stats.

Once you’ve edited all properties, scroll to the bottom of the page and tap Update Event to save your changes.

For recurring events like a season or series, tap Update Only This Event or Update This and Following Events.

Once an event date has passed, the date of the event cannot be edited. If you need to add scores to an event that's already happened, you can manually add players in the Participants tab, and then add scores on the Leaderboard tab.

All events auto-complete after 48 hours. You can un-complete an event in the top right corner of the Leaderboard tab, and then complete it again after edits are made.

Multi-day events cannot be changed to single day events, and vice-versa, and once an event is converted to a an Advanced event, it can't be converted back to a regular single-round event.

It's essential to ensure you choose the correct template during event creation. Learn more about Templates here!
