To update an existing upcoming league event, follow the steps below:
Go to League tools at udisc.com/dashboard or by tapping the You tab → Menu (≡) → Dashboard in the app.
Select your league, tap the Events tab, select the event you'd like to update, and tap the Edit icon in the upper-right.
From the edit page you can update:
Event name and description
Start date, start time, and end time
Scorecard statistics
Course and layout
Handicap scoring
Scorecard message
Optional extras
Note: Once a scorecard has been created for the event, some fields can no longer be edited — including Course, Layout, Start date or time, Play format, and Scorecard stats.
Once you've made your changes, scroll to the bottom and tap Update event to save.
Note: For recurring events, tap Update only this event or Update this and following events depending on what you want to change.
Once an event date has passed, the date can no longer be edited. If you need to add scores to an event that's already happened, manually add players in the Participants tab and then add scores from the Leaderboard tab.
Note: All events auto-complete after 48 hours. You can un-complete an event from the top right corner of the Leaderboard tab, then complete it again after edits are made.
Important: Multi-day events can't be changed to single day events, and vice versa. Once an event is converted to an Advanced event, it can't be converted back to a single-round event. See Which league event template should I choose? to make sure you select the right template during event creation.
