To make your league event creation easy, UDisc has provided a few template options to choose from. Browse the template options below to see which might be best for your next event.

Casual sign up

A casual sign up event is quick and easy and best suited if you want:

  • Players to check in and create their own scorecards - think flex or shotgun start events!

  • A single day event where everyone plays on the same layout

  • A one-round event

  • Recurring event support (schedule out your entire league season!)

  • A simplified setup experience

Formal sign up

Hosting a single day league event that requires pre-registration? The formal sign up template is exactly what you need! This template is best suited if you want:

  • Pre-registration (players can sign up in advance of the event date)

  • One-day events where everyone plays on the same layout

  • Multi-day, single round events

  • Recurring event support (schedule out your entire league season!)

Pro tip! Using the Formal sign up template, you can customize your pre-registration open and close dates, as well as set an attendance cap. This can also be done from the Casual sign up or Casual multi-day round templates, but the Formal sign up template already has pre-registration enabled for you.

Casual multi-day event

Run a league that plays over the course of multiple days? Use the Casual multi-day round template. A Casual multi-day event gives you the same options as the casual sign up and formal sign up template, but pre-fills some key settings for you. This template is best suited if you want:

  • Multi-day, one round events

  • Event where everyone plays the same layout

  • Players to check in and create their own scorecards - best for flex start events!

  • A simplified set up experience

Please note: Casual multi-day event templates don't support recurring event setup!

Advanced event

The advanced event template is best suited if you want:

  • Multi-pool support where different divisions play different courses or layouts

  • Multi-round support (and cumulative scoring on the leaderboards)

  • Pre-registration

  • Pre-round scorecard management abilities

  • Private events

Please note: Advanced event templates don't support recurring event setup!
