If you wish to run an invite only or private event, and keep score on UDisc, simply follow the below steps to set up your event.

  1. Add your event at UDisc.com/events/add.

  2. When you get to Visibility in the event set up, be sure to select Private event.

✨ Pro tip! Public events can be converted to private events via the General tab of your event tools.

What is a private event?

Private events will not be visible on the course page or in the Events tab in the app, unless searched by for exact full name.

Private events support the use of all UDisc Events tools, including registration, scoring, and live leaderboards. In order to participate in any event on UDisc, a free UDisc account is required.

How will players find my private event?

In order to locate your private event a player will need to search for it by exact full name. To help players find the event, be sure to share the complete event name, or pass along a direct link to the event by using the Share button or Quick Link.

Private events connected to a league will still display on your league home page in the Schedule tab.

Can I create a private league?

Private leagues are not yet supported. However, if you have a league, you can create a private event from your League tools -> Events that will be associated with your league.
