If you are scoring your event with UDisc, there are three options for your event start format.

⛳️ Shotgun Start

Shotgun start is when all players begin at the same time, but from a different starting hole. Each player will start at a specific hole on the course when the round begins and continue along the course in order from the hole where they began.

When selecting the start format Shotgun start in UDisc, you'll see the option to use Card selection. Learn more about this here.

⏰ Tee Times

An event or league that uses tee times assigns participants a specific start time on the day of the event, and participants usually all begin at the first hole.

When selecting the start format Tee times in UDisc, you'll see the option to use Tee time selection. Learn more about this here.

πŸ’ͺ Flex Start

Flex start allows players to start their rounds at their convenience during the day(s) of the event. Learn more about creating a flex start event here.

When selecting Flex start, it's best to set Who can create cards? to Players and event admin so that players can check in and create their own scorecards when they arrive at the course.
