๐Ÿ“– UDisc League Director Guide

Your complete overview of the tools available to run successful UDisc Leagues and how to navigate your league management dashboard.

League tools is your home base for everything that spans your entire league โ€” settings, events, standings, and members. Here's an overview of what's available and how to navigate it.

Accessing your League tools

From desktop: Go to udisc.com/dashboard and select your league name.

From the mobile app: Tap the You tab โ†’ Menu (โ‰ก) โ†’ Dashboard, then select your league name.

League tools tabs

League tools has several tabs that help you manage different aspects of your league.

The Dashboard tab is your quick-start homepage โ€” it shows a setup checklist, at-a-glance league stats, and quick navigation to create events, view all events, and manage members.

The Settings tab is where you configure your league's identity and default settings, including your league name, description, main course, contact info, and event tags. See Setting up your league for a full walkthrough.

The Events tab is where you create and manage all your league events โ€” schedule upcoming events, view past and future events, and share event quick links with players. See Creating a UDisc League event for details.

The Standings tab lets you enable season-long standings, set your date range, configure scoring rules, and view current leaders across divisions. See How do league standings work? for more.

Note: Standings are only supported for singles events, not doubles or teams.

The Members tab lets you view everyone who's participated in your league and add co-administrators. See How do I add or remove admins? for details.

The Messages & updates tab is where you send event announcements, push notifications to checked-in players, and email updates to your league community. See How do I send communications to players? for more.

Event tools

Event tools are separate from League tools and focus on managing a specific event. Access them by selecting an event from your Events tab. From there you can manage participants, caddie book layouts, cards, the leaderboard, and event-specific settings.
