🔵 How do I set up rounds?

Create multiple rounds for your UDisc event or add a non-scoring event to your event schedule.

Note: Rounds and scoring setup in Event tools is only available for standalone Tournament events and Advanced league events. If you're running a single round league event, rounds are configured differently — see Which league event template should I choose? for more. If you created a Clinic, Course Cleanup, Try Disc Golf, or Other event, you won't have a Rounds or Scoring tab — see UDisc event types — what's the difference? for a full breakdown.

Important: A round can't be added after the event date has already passed. Make sure to add all rounds before the event starts.

Add rounds

To create rounds for your UDisc event, head to your Event tools and follow the steps below:

  1. Select the Rounds tab

  2. Tap + Add a round

  3. Fill in the round details — start and end day/time, course, layout, scorecard message, and start format

  4. Tap Create round

Repeat for each round of your event. See What does each start format mean? if you're unsure which to choose.

Note: If your event uses multiple courses, make sure to add them under the Locations tab in your Event tools first. You can then assign a different course to each round when setting it up.

Add a non-scoring event to your schedule

To add a non-scoring item to your schedule — such as a player meeting or practice round — follow the steps below:

  1. From your Event tools, tap the Schedule tab

  2. Tap + Add to schedule

  3. Select General, not scored event

  4. Fill in the start date, start/end time, title, description, and location

  5. Tap Add to schedule

Once added, your non-scoring event will appear on the public event page under Schedule.

Note: If the location you need isn't listed, add it under the Locations tab in your Event tools. For non-scoring events, you can also select Search by location to use any address that isn't listed as a course in UDisc.
