πŸ“… Creating a UDisc League event

Learn how to create your first league event and choose the right template for your needs.

Before creating your first event, make sure you've completed your league setup. See Setting up your league if you haven't done this yet.

How to create an event

  1. Go to League tools β†’ Events β†’ + Create new event

  2. Choose a template β€” see Which league event template should I choose? for a full comparison

  3. Fill in the required details β€” event name, date, time, course, and layout

  4. Configure any optional settings β€” divisions, event tags, registration

  5. Tap Create event

Tip: Create events 1–2 weeks in advance so players can discover them. Events are searchable immediately after creation, and check-in opens at midnight on event day.

Creating multiple events at once

Using recurrence (Casual or Formal templates)

Both templates support recurrence β€” you can schedule your entire season at once. When creating your event, select Single day recurring event and set your first event date, last event date, start time, and end time.

Duplicating an existing event

After creating your event

Share your event quick link so players can find it easily β€” go to the Events tab, select your event, and tap View/share event quick link. Players can also find your event by searching the Events tab in UDisc or filtering by date, location, or tags.

Note: Need to make changes after creating? See How do I update an existing league event? Most details can be updated anytime before play begins. Event type and play format can't be changed once a scorecard has been created.
