Please read on for a list of the differences between the two tools and when it might be appropriate to use one space over the other.
League tools
League Tools are where most things league event related take place. If you have created a Single round league event, League Tools are where most of your actions will take place. From your League tools you can:
Add/edit members of your league via the Members tab
Edit standard league event details via the Events tab
Edit your default divisions via the Divisions tab
Send an Urgent alert for any league event
Update your league cover photo or logo via the Photos tab
Enable or edit your standings via the Standings tab
In order to give you a more robust set of tools for even your standard league events, some tools will be managed in Event tools instead!
Event tools
To access your Event tools, tap the Event dashboard or Other icon at the top of your event. The following actions are best managed in Event tools.
Preregistering and checking in players
Adding to your event schedule
Scorecard management/creating scorecards before your event
Viewing the leaderboard during and after the event
Editing player scores, adding payouts, and bag tags after the event
