📊 League Impact Reports

What's in a league Impact Report, how year-to-date numbers work, what the shareable page shows, and what isn't available for leagues (custom date ranges, Course Tools, Fact Sheets).

Quick Answer

League directors get two Impact Reports: a monthly report and a yearly year-in-review. Both cover your league, not a course. The monthly report includes year-to-date (YTD) numbers and links to a shareable page with social graphics for the month. There's no custom date range.

What's in the monthly league report

  • Events, rounds and players for the month, with year-to-date (YTD) and year-over-year (YoY) comparisons

  • Hottest event rounds for the month

  • Birdies, bogeys and aces for the month

  • Most active league players so far this year

  • Formats played so far this year

  • Hours played, distance walked and steps taken, with YTD totals

How year-to-date (YTD) works

YTD tracks cumulative numbers from January 1 through the most recent reporting period. YoY compares that same stretch against the equivalent period last year, so you can see whether your league is trending ahead or behind.

For a year-so-far view, use the YTD figures in your latest monthly league report email.

The yearly league report

Each year you also get a year-in-review report that covers your league's full calendar year. It includes:

  • Events, rounds and unique players

  • Hours played, distance walked and steps taken

  • Birdies, bogeys and aces

  • Easiest and hardest holes, and how rounds were rated across your league (beginner, intermediate, advanced)

  • Most active league players and the hottest event rounds

  • Peak and average event attendance, and your most active month

  • Formats played that year (handicap, teams and glow)

Shareable graphics

Each report links to a shareable page with downloadable social graphics for that month: an overview, your most active players and hot rounds. The page shows the month only, not year-to-date. It also has press release templates you can download. You can open this page at any time from the Impact tab on the left in your league tools. It opens your most recent report, and the Time frame dropdown at the top lets you pick an earlier month. The Impact tab only appears once your league has had recent events and received reports.

What isn't available for leagues

  • Custom date ranges. Monthly reports cover one calendar month and the yearly report covers a full calendar year, so you can't pick your own start and end dates.

  • The Statistics tab in Course Tools, which has custom date ranges and stats of its own, separate from Impact Reports, and course Fact Sheets. These are for courses and don't apply to leagues.

Who receives league reports

Reports are automatically sent if your league has hosted an event within the last year. Make sure "Impact Reporting" is checked in your email preferences at udisc.com/account/preferences.
