📊 UDisc Impact Reports: Data to Grow Disc Golf

Learn how to receive and use automated email reports with valuable data about disc golf activity in your area to demonstrate growth to sponsors, partners, and your community.

Quick Answer

Impact Reports are automated emails sent monthly and yearly (depending on your role) with stats like rounds played, unique players, and tourism numbers. Enable them at udisc.com/account/preferences by checking "Impact Reporting." All data is anonymized and shareable for growing disc golf.

Who receives Impact Reports?

Impact Reports are available for:

  • Course Ambassadors - Monthly and yearly reports with course-specific data

    • Courses qualify if:

      • they have at least one round tracked

      • are set to an "available" status

      • are listed as available to: everyone, limited, or invite only

      • are marked as either "year round" or "seasonal" ("special events" courses do not qualify)

  • Course Designers - Monthly and yearly data on courses you've designed

  • Store Owners - Monthly and yearly information relevant to your claimed store

  • League Administrators - Monthly and yearly reports for active leagues

  • Global Leaders - Monthly and yearly country-level insights, available by request

Not signed up to receive these reports? Apply to be a Course Ambassador for your local course, or ask to talk to a person in the chat.

Not in any of these groups? You can still request localized disc golf stats for your course or area — ask to talk to a person in the chat.

Can I combine multiple courses into one report?

Impact Reports are generated per course, not per club or organization. If you're an ambassador for more than one course, you'll receive a separate report for each. There isn't a way to merge them into a single combined report.

If you'd like a report that covers multiple courses or a whole area, that's a custom data request. Ask to talk to a person in the chat.

League Impact Reports

League Impact Reports are separate from course reports. For what's in a league report, how year-to-date numbers work, and what isn't available for leagues, see League Impact Reports.

Report schedule

  • Monthly reports: All groups receive monthly reports near the beginning of each month for the past month (e.g., January reports sent at the beginning of February)

  • Annual reports: All groups receive yearly reports near the beginning of the calendar year

Each report shows stats from a specific time period (for example, the entire month of January for monthly reports or the full calendar year for yearly reports).

What's included in Impact Reports?

Each role gets its own version of the report, with its own stats. Monthly reports for every role show year-to-date (YTD) totals and year-over-year (YoY) comparisons for the main numbers. Here's what's in each one:

Need a past report?

There are two different things you might be looking for:

  • Your Impact Report page: Course, store, designer and league tools each have an Impact tab on the left. It opens your most recent Impact Report page, with the shareable graphics and other downloads. To see an earlier report, use the Time frame dropdown at the top of the page to pick a different month. This works for every type of Impact Report.

  • The full emailed report resent: If you want the complete report from a specific month or year, ask to talk to a person in the chat and we can send it over. This works for any role and any monthly or yearly report. We can resend any Impact Report from 2026 onwards — reports older than 2026 are unfortunately unavailable.

Note: The Stats tab in Course Tools is separate from the Impact tab and from Impact Reports. It's a course-only tool with custom date ranges and stats of its own.

Want to stop receiving Impact Reports

You can unsubscribe at any time. Unchecking "Impact Reporting" stops all Impact Reports. Course Ambassadors can also subscribe or unsubscribe from a single course, so you can stop reports for one course and keep receiving the rest.

  1. Uncheck the "Impact Reporting" box

  2. Save your changes
