Quick Answer
Impact Reports are automated emails sent weekly or monthly (depending on your role) with stats like rounds played, unique players, and tourism numbers. Enable them at udisc.com/account/preferences by checking "Impact Reporting." All data is anonymized and shareable for growing disc golf.
Who Receives Impact Reports?
Impact Reports are available for:
Course Ambassadors - Monthly and yearly reports with course-specific data
Courses qualify if:
they have at least one round tracked
are set to an "available" status
are listed as available to: everyone, limited, or invite only
are marked as either "year round" or "seasonal" ("special events" courses do not qualify)
Course Designers - Monthly and yearly data on courses you've designed
Store Owners - Monthly and yearly information relevant to your verified store
League Administrators - Monthly and yearly reports for active leagues
Global Leaders - Monthly and yearly regional insights
Not signed up to receive these reports? Apply to be a Course Ambassador for your local course, or ask to talk to a person in the chat.
Not in any of these groups? You can still request localized disc golf stats for your course or area โ ask to talk to a person in the chat.
Can I combine multiple courses into one report?
Impact Reports are generated per course, not per club or organization. If you're an ambassador for more than one course, you'll receive a separate report for each โ there isn't a way to merge them into a single combined report.
For an at-a-glance view across all your courses, use the Statistics tab and Fact Sheet download for each course to build your own combined picture. See Important details about the statistics tab for more.
Report Schedule
Monthly reports: All groups receive monthly reports near the beginning of each month for the past month (e.g., January reports sent at the beginning of February)
Annual reports: All groups receive yearly reports near the beginning of the calendar year
Each report shows stats from a specific time period (for example, Jan. 5-11 for weekly reports or the entire month of January for monthly reports).
What's Included in Impact Reports?
Reports are customized based on your role and include metrics such as:
Total rounds played
Total players and first-time players
Most active disc golfers
Hours spent on the course
Distance walked and steps taken
Bonus materials included:
Shareable social media graphics
PR templates for press releases
