Audience: Course Ambassadors | Level: Beginner | Time: 5-10 minutes
Quick Answer
Impact reports are sent monthly to Course Ambassadors who have email notifications enabled. If you're not receiving them, check your email subscription settings at UDisc.com/account/preferences or in the app, then verify your spam/junk folder. If the issue persists, contact the UDisc team for assistance.
Before You Start
Verify you're a Course Ambassador:
β You should see your course(s) listed at UDisc.com/dashboard
β You have access to Course Tools (Map Manager, Layouts, Statistics)
If you're not yet a Course Ambassador, learn how to become one here.
Step 1: Check Your Email Subscription Settings
If you've unsubscribed from all emails, you won't receive your impact reports.
Option 1: Check on the Web
Scroll down to the Emails section
Make sure the box for Impact reporting is checked
If you made changes, click Save
Option 2: Check in the App
Open the UDisc app and go to the You tab
Tap your username at the top of the screen
Select Edit profile
Tap the dropdown menu at the top of the page
Change from Profile to Preferences
Scroll down to the Emails section
Make sure Impact reporting is turned on
Tap Save
Important: Turning on Impact reporting emails will allow you to receive impact reports again. It may take until the next scheduled report before you receive one.
Step 2: Check Your Spam or Junk Folder
If your email settings are correct, the impact reports may be going to your spam or junk folder.
What to do:
Check your spam/junk folder for emails from UDisc
Look for subject lines like "Impact Report"
Check for emails from hello@email.udisc.com
Mark emails as Not Spam or Not Junk
Common email providers:
Gmail: Check the "Promotions" and "Spam" tabs
Outlook: Check the "Junk Email" folder
Apple Mail: Check the "Junk" folder
Yahoo Mail: Check the "Spam" folder
Step 3: Verify Your Email Address
Make sure your UDisc account has the correct email address on file.
Go to UDisc.com/account/profile or check in the app (You β username β Edit profile)
Verify the email address is correct
If it needs updating, learn how to change your email address

About Impact Reports
What they include:
Summaries of your course activity
Play counts, unique players, and course statistics
Fun stats that aren't available on your Statistics tab
When they're sent:
Sent at the end of each month
Note: Impact Reports are only sent if your course had at least one recorded round during the reporting period (weekly or monthly). If there's no activity on your course, you won't receive a report for that time period.
Common Questions
Q: I just became a Course Ambassador. When will I get my first report?
A: You'll receive your first impact report during the next scheduled send, likely at the end of the month.
Q: Can I get the impact reports I missed from the past few months?
A: We can resend any impact reports from 2026 onwards β reach out to us via chat or at help@udisc.com and we'll get those sent over. For reports older than 2026, we're unfortunately unable to retrieve those.
