Unsubscribing from emails and notifications
Step 1: Open Account preferences
Open the UDisc app and go to the You tab. Tap Your username and then tap Edit profile. Under settings, select Preferences and scroll down to Communication preferences.
Step 2: Turn off what you don't want
Here you can turn off marketing notifications and any category of emails you no longer wish to receive. Tap Save when you're done.
Turning off marketing emails will automatically unsubscribe you from all categories.
Note: If you are a Course Ambassador, turning off marketing emails will prevent you from receiving your monthly impact reports.
Unsubscribe from a single email
Alternatively, you can unsubscribe from any individual email category by clicking Unsubscribe at the bottom of any email you've received.
Resubscribing to emails and notifications
If you've previously unsubscribed and want to start receiving emails or notifications again:
Step 1: Open Account preferences
Open the UDisc app and go to the You tab. Tap Your username and then tap Edit profile. Under settings, select Preferences and scroll down to Communication preferences.
Step 2: Turn on what you'd like to receive
Toggle back on any email categories or notification types you'd like to receive again. Tap Save when you're done.
