➕ How do I add players or teams to my UDisc event?

Easily add, manage, and remove players (participants) for your UDisc League or Event. Learn how to register individual players, create teams, and unregister participants who drop out.

How do I add single players?

To manually add players to your UDisc League or Event, follow the steps below:

  1. Locate your event at UDisc.com/events or by accessing your Dashboard at udisc.com/dashboard.

  2. Tap into the Participants tab

  3. Hit + Add participant

    1. Search by UDisc username, email, or PDGA, OR tap Add player without a UDisc account

    2. Select their Division (if divisions are being used)

    3. Designate whether the participant has paid or checked into the event

    4. Add Participant notes

  4. Tap Save

Use the Add more toggle to keep the Add participant window open when adding more than one player.

How do I add teams?

To add teams to a UDisc event, head into your Event tools -> Participants tab and follow the steps below:

  1. Tap + Add team

    1. Write the Team name

    2. Select the Division (if divisions are being used)

    3. Designate if the team has checked in

    4. Add Team notes

    5. Add each teammate using their UDisc username, PDGA number, or email

  2. Tap Save

Adding a player that doesn't have a UDisc account? Tap the Add a player without a UDisc account text. From here you can type their Full name and Email or select to add someone without an email.

🛑 Please note! When adding a non-account player to a league or event they will not be able to score for that event. If you add a non-account player without an email, they won't receive any communications about or from the event and won't be able to score from their phone.

How do I remove or unregister players?

If a player drops out of your event, you have three options to choose from depending on when the player drops from your event:

Remove them from the event

Completely unregister the player from your event.

If the player has started scoring:

  1. Remove all their scores by tapping the Pencil icon → Adjust scores & penalties in the Leaderboard tab

  2. Head to the Participants tab

  3. Tap the 3-dot-menu → Unregister participant

  4. Tap the Remove button

If no scores have been added:

  1. Head to the Participants tab

  2. Tap the 3-dot-menu → Unregister participant

  3. Tap the Remove button

Mark them as "Did not finish" (DNF)

Keep the player registered but mark as Did Not Finish. Learn how to set players as DNF.

Verify their incomplete score

Accept their partial round score if they completed some holes. To verify an incomplete score:

  1. Head to the Leaderboard tab

  2. Tap the 3-dot-menu on the card -> Mark card as verified

  3. On the following screen, select No in response to "Mark players with an incomplete round as DNF?"
