Yes — you can update UDisc to match your tee signs using Map Manager. Depending on what doesn't match, you may need to update pars, adjust distances, reposition tees or baskets, or upload tee sign images directly to player scorecards.
🛠️ What can I update to match my tee signs?
There are three things that commonly differ between UDisc and a course's tee signs, each with its own fix:
3️⃣ Pars are wrong
If the par for a hole doesn't match your tee sign, you can update it directly in Map Manager or at the layout level.

If the distance shown in UDisc doesn't match your tee sign, you can add a custom distance for minor discrepancies, or reposition the tee or basket for larger ones.

⚠️ Custom distances should only be used for minor adjustments. If the discrepancy is large, reposition the element instead — large custom distance overrides can affect layout difficulty and round ratings accuracy.

You can upload tee sign images directly to Map Manager so they appear on players' scorecards during a round.

❓ What if I'm not a Course Ambassador?
If you're affiliated with the course (e.g. a course manager, club member, or volunteer), you can apply to become a Course Ambassador at udisc.com/f/course-ambassador. Once approved, you'll have full access to Map Manager to make these updates yourself.
If you're a player who noticed a mismatch but aren't affiliated with the course, please reach out to our team and we'll get it corrected. Include the following so we can make the update quickly:
