How to Update UDisc
For iOS (iPhone and iPad)
Check for updates:
Open the App Store
Tap your profile icon in the top right corner
Scroll down to see pending updates
If UDisc appears in the list, tap Update next to it
Wait for the update to download and install
Enable automatic updates:
Go to Settings on your device
Tap App Store
Turn on App Updates under Automatic Downloads
UDisc will update automatically when new versions are available
For Android
Check for updates:
Open the Google Play Store
Tap your profile icon in the top right corner
Tap Manage apps & device
Look for UDisc under Updates available
Tap Update if available, or tap Update all to update all apps
Wait for the update to download and install
Enable automatic updates:
For all apps:
Open the Google Play Store
Tap your profile icon (top right)
Tap Settings
Tap Network preferences β Auto-update apps
Select Over any network or Over Wi-Fi only
For UDisc only:
Open the Google Play Store
Search for UDisc
Tap the UDisc app to open its page
Tap the three-dot menu in the top right
Check the box for Enable auto-update

Checking Your Current Version
To see which version of UDisc you're running:
Open the UDisc app
Go to You tab
Tap the menu icon (three dots, top right)
Tap About
Your version number is displayed at the top
Troubleshooting Update Issues
Update won't download or install
Try these steps:
Check your internet connection (Wi-Fi or cellular data)
Make sure you have enough storage space on your device
Restart your device
Try updating again
"Update" button is grayed out or missing
Possible causes:
You already have the latest version
Update is currently downloading in the background
App Store/Play Store needs to refresh
Solution:
Wait a few minutes and check again
Restart the App Store or Play Store app
Update keeps failing
Try this:
Delete the UDisc app (your data is saved to your account once it's been uploaded to the database)
Restart your device
Reinstall UDisc from the app store
Log back in to sync your data
