❌ How do I cancel my UDisc Pro subscription?

If you are no longer using your UDisc Pro subscription and you'd like to cancel, you can do so in a few different ways.

Cancel in the app

  1. Open the UDisc app and tap More → UDisc Pro Account.

  2. Scroll to the bottom and tap Manage your subscription.

  3. Tap the option to cancel your trial or subscription, and confirm.

This can also be done directly on the platform where you purchased your UDisc Pro subscription.

UDisc.com

  1. Select Manage subscription.

  2. Select Cancel plan.

  3. Confirm by selecting Cancel plan again.

Apple

  1. Open the Settings app.

  2. Tap your name.

  3. Tap Subscriptions.

  4. Tap UDisc Disc Golf.

  5. Tap Cancel Subscription.

Note: If there is no Cancel button or you see an expiration message in red text, the subscription is already canceled.

Google

  1. On your Android device, open the Google Play Store.

  2. Tap your account icon in the upper right.

  3. Tap Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.

  4. Select the subscription you want to cancel.

  5. Tap Cancel subscription.

  6. Follow the instructions.

You may be canceling your UDisc Pro subscription, but you can continue to keep unlimited scorecards with the free version of UDisc. Your last 4 rounds will always be visible in the app, and if you decide to resubscribe in the future all your recorded rounds and stats will be there waiting for you.

If your renewal date has already passed

If your renewal date arrived and the payment attempt failed, the system will automatically retry the charge up to 3 more times. Once the renewal cycle has started, self-serve cancellation won't stop those retry attempts.

If you don't want the renewal to be retried and need the subscription stopped immediately, ask to talk to a person in the chat — the team can process that cancellation for you.
