If you're seeing Network error when trying to log in to your account, here are some troubleshooting tips to try.

If you are unable to log in to your account in the UDisc app and you're seeing a network error, try the troubleshooting suggestions listed below.

  • Verify that you have the correct username and password.

    • Go to UDisc.com/login and log in to your account using the username and password that you have.

  • Restart your device.

  • Uninstall and reinstall UDisc on your phone.

  • Try logging in on just cellular data, turn off your wifi.

  • Turn your wifi back on and try to log in while connected to wifi.

  • Try logging in to UDisc using a different device.

If you are unable to log in to your account in the UDisc app, and troubleshooting does not resolve this, it's likely due to a firewall or other restriction. This is most common on company issued devices or networks.

If you have a company issued device, we suggest reaching out to your administrator to request a change to the existing firewall.
