Permanently delete your UDisc account
If you want to permanently delete your UDisc account, you can request this within the UDisc app or online at UDisc.com. Follow the steps below to get started:
Account deletions must be initiated by the member.
Open the UDisc app or go to https://udisc.com/account/preferences, and be sure that you are logged into the account that you wish to delete.
If you're in the app, tap More and scroll down to Account preferences.
You may be asked to log in to your account again on this screen. After doing so, you will see an option at the bottom to Delete account.
Tap Delete account and you will be asked to enter your password again and confirm that you would like to delete your account.
Account deletion requests may take 14 days to process, and they are permanent and irreversible. Once your account is deleted it cannot be recovered in any way.
I deleted my account in error, what should I do?
If you have requested to delete your account in error, reach out to us at help@udisc.com right away, and if possible we will cancel the request for you.
