🔒 How can I reset my password?

This article explains how to reset your UDisc password if you're logged out, how to reset it for security reasons while logged in, and what to do if you run into issues during the process.

Quick Answer

To reset your password, tap Log in → Log in help from the intro screen and enter your email address. If you're already logged in, go to You → Menu (upper right) → Reset password. Check your Spam and Promotions folders if the email doesn't arrive.

If you are logged out of your UDisc account and need to reset your password, follow the steps below:

  1. From the intro screen, tap Log in then Log in help.

  2. Enter the email address associated with your UDisc account, then tap Reset Password.

  3. If that email address is connected to a UDisc account, a password reset email will be sent. (If you need additional help, you can tap the Contact Support option.)

I want to reset my password for security reasons

If you are currently logged in but would like to reset your password, follow the steps below:

  1. Go to the You tab in the UDisc app.

  2. Tap the 3-line menu in the upper right.

  3. Tap Reset password.

  4. A password reset email will be sent to the email address connected to your account.

Common issues & solutions

Issue: I'm seeing an "Invalid reset token" error

This error means the password reset link you clicked is no longer valid. This usually happens when a second reset email is requested before the first link has been used. Each new request invalidates the previous link.

Solution:

  1. Wait a few minutes after requesting your reset email before checking your inbox, to make sure the most recent link has arrived.

  2. Use only the most recent password reset email and avoid clicking older ones.

  3. Complete the password reset process promptly after opening the link, as reset links expire after a period of time.

Issue: I'm not receiving the password reset email

Check your Spam and Promotions folders. If you're still not receiving it, reach out to help@udisc.com with your username and we'll be happy to help.

Issue: I can't log in even with the correct password

Try logging in with your username* (not your email address) and make sure there are no spaces before or after your username or password.

*Usernames are all lower-case, with no spaces or special characters, between 6–15 characters, and cannot begin with a number.
