📅 How do I book a tee time at a course? (Pilot Program)

Some courses offer tee time reservations through UDisc, letting you secure a start time before you arrive and manage bookings and passes.

⚠️ Tee time booking is currently in a pilot program and is only live at a small number of select courses.

Quick Answer

Find a participating course on UDisc.com, tap Book tee time, and follow the prompts. Payments go directly to the course, UDisc doesn't handle your money. You can view your bookings and passes from the course page or from your profile.

How to book a tee time

  1. Go to the course page on UDisc.com or the course listing in the app

  2. Tap Book tee time

  3. Select your date and time, then follow the prompts to complete your reservation

Note: All payments go directly to the course. UDisc does not collect or process your payment.

Tip: Look for a View schedule banner on the course page — it links directly to that course's tee time schedule, so you can check open times before you book.

How to purchase a pass

Some courses sell passes — such as season passes or punch cards — through their course page.

  1. Go to the course page on UDisc.com.

  2. Select View passes for purchase

  3. Follow the prompts to complete your purchase

Note: At some courses, passes can only be paid for in person. If that's the case here, you'll see a read-only list of available passes instead of a purchase flow — pay for your pass directly at the course.

How to view your bookings and passes

You can access your bookings and passes in a few places:

  • From the course page — navigate to the course on UDisc.com or in the app and your bookings and passes for that course will appear there

  • On UDisc.com — click your profile icon in the header and select My bookings & passes

  • In the app — go to the You tab, tap the 3-line menu in the upper right, and select My bookings & passes

Can I pay with a gift card?

Gift cards aren't accepted directly through the booking flow. Since payments go to the course, the course itself handles payment options — reach out to them directly.

Can my course be part of this program?

Tee time booking is currently a pilot program available only at select courses. If you're interested in participating, reach out to us and we'll add you to the list and follow up when it becomes more widely available.
