πŸ“Š Understanding your course accuracy rating

Players can rate how accurate your course information is after each round on UDisc. This rating lives on your Course Dashboard and is one of the clearest signals that something on your course page needs attention.

Quick Answer

Check your accuracy rating on your Course Dashboard by going to UDisc.com/dashboard and selecting your course. If it drops, it means something on your course page no longer matches what players are experiencing on the ground. Work through the common causes below to identify and fix the issue.

What it means

A drop in your accuracy rating doesn't mean players are unhappy with the course itself β€” it means something on your course page doesn't reflect reality anymore. After playing a round, players are asked whether your course information matched what they actually experienced.

Common reasons your rating might drop

  • Layout maps no longer match how the course plays

  • Target positions changed but the layout wasn't updated

  • The location pin is off or parking information is wrong

  • Hours or availability information is outdated

  • A temporary closure wasn't reflected on the page

  • Amenities listed are no longer available or accessible

  • A new tee pad or basket was added but not mapped

What to do when your rating drops

Start by thinking about what's changed at the course recently, then work through these checks:

  • Check your tee and target positions in Map Manager β€” do they reflect where things actually are?

  • Review your layouts β€” are they still accurate and playable?

  • Confirm your course details β€” hours, fees, access restrictions, parking

  • Check your amenities list β€” remove anything that's no longer available

  • Review your photos β€” do they still represent the course accurately?

  • Check your location pin β€” does it drop players in the right spot?

Most accuracy issues come down to a physical change at the course that didn't make it into UDisc. Once you've made the relevant updates, your rating should recover as more players log rounds.
