Quick Answer

Store owners and employees can claim their store to access Store Tools for immediate editing. Anyone can suggest edits or add photos to store listings—claimed stores have staff review suggestions, while unclaimed stores have automatic review.

As a Store Owner or Employee

If you are the owner of or an employee at a disc golf store, you'll want to start by claiming the store in order to gain access to your Store Tools.

Claiming Your Store

  1. Locate your store listing on UDisc.com/stores or in the app

  2. Claim your store by tapping/clicking on Unclaimed at the top or This store is unclaimed under Get directions

  3. Go to your inbox and find the verification email

  4. Verify your email and claim the store

  5. You'll be redirected to your Store Tools

Once you have access to your Store Tools, you can edit store details, add photos and announcements, and access other resources.

What Happens After I Make Changes?

Changes made by store staff are automatically approved and will appear on your store listing immediately. However, all store listings are reviewed to ensure they follow UDisc Community Standards.

If your store listing contains content that violates our guidelines, you'll receive an email notification and see a banner at the top of your edit details form. Your store will be temporarily hidden from public view until the issues are resolved. Simply make the necessary changes to bring your listing back into compliance, and you'll receive a confirmation email once the issues are addressed.
