πŸ“§ Not Receiving Your Course Replays and Impact Reports?

Troubleshoot common issues when Course Ambassadors aren't receiving their weekly or monthly impact report emails.

Updated over a month ago

Audience: Course Ambassadors | Level: Beginner | Time: 5-10 minutes

Quick Answer

Impact reports are sent weekly and monthly to Course Ambassadors who have email notifications enabled. If you're not receiving them, check your email subscription settings at UDisc.com/account/preferences or in the app, then verify your spam/junk folder. If the issue persists, contact the UDisc team for assistance.

Before You Start

Verify you're a Course Ambassador:

  • βœ… You should see your course(s) listed at UDisc.com/dashboard

  • βœ… You have access to Course Tools (Map Manager, Layouts, Statistics)

If you're not yet a Course Ambassador, learn how to become one here.

Step 1: Check Your Email Subscription Settings

If you've unsubscribed from all emails, you won't receive your impact reports.

Option 1: Check on the Web

  1. Scroll down to the Emails section

  2. Make sure the box for Impact reporting is checked

  3. If you made changes, click Save

Option 2: Check in the App

  1. Open the UDisc app and go to the You tab

  2. Tap your username at the top of the screen

  3. Select Edit profile

  4. Tap the dropdown menu at the top of the page

  5. Change from Profile to Preferences

  6. Scroll down to the Emails section

  7. Make sure Impact reporting is turned on

  8. Tap Save

Important: Turning on Impact reporting emails will allow you to receive impact reports again. It may take until the next scheduled report (weekly or monthly) before you receive one.

Step 2: Check Your Spam or Junk Folder

If your email settings are correct, the impact reports may be going to your spam or junk folder.

What to do:

  1. Check your spam/junk folder for emails from UDisc

  2. Look for subject lines like "Course Replay"

  3. If you find them there, mark them as Not Spam or Not Junk

Common email providers:

  • Gmail: Check the "Promotions" and "Spam" tabs

  • Outlook: Check the "Junk Email" folder

  • Apple Mail: Check the "Junk" folder

  • Yahoo Mail: Check the "Spam" folder

Step 3: Verify Your Email Address

Make sure your UDisc account has the correct email address on file.

  1. Go to UDisc.com/account/profile or check in the app (You β†’ username β†’ Edit profile)

  2. Verify the email address is correct

  3. If it needs updating, learn how to change your email address

Still Not Receiving Impact Reports?

If you've completed all the steps above and still aren't receiving your impact reports, there may be a technical issue.

What to include when contacting support:

  • Your UDisc username or email address

  • Name of the course(s) you're an Ambassador for

  • Confirmation that you've checked:

    • βœ… Email subscription settings are turned on

    • βœ… Spam/junk folder

    • βœ… Email address is correct

  • When you last received an impact report (if ever)

Contact the UDisc team:

About Impact Reports

What they include:

  • Weekly and monthly summaries of your course activity

  • Play counts, unique players, and course statistics

  • Fun stats that aren't available on your Statistics tab

When they're sent:

  • Weekly reports: Sent each week

  • Monthly reports: Sent at the end of each month

Note: Course Replays are only sent if your course had at least one recorded round during the reporting period (weekly or monthly). If there's no activity on your course, you won't receive a report for that time period.

Important notes:

  • Historical impact reports cannot be resent

  • The UDisc team can sometimes resend the most recent report if needed

Common Questions

Q: I just became a Course Ambassador. When will I get my first report?
A: You'll receive your first impact report during the next scheduled send (either the next weekly or monthly report).

Q: Can I get the impact reports I missed from the past few months?
A: Unfortunately, historical impact reports cannot be resent. You'll start receiving them going forward once your email settings are correct.

Q: Can I receive monthly impact reports but not weekly reports?

A: Currently, this isn't possible. Impact reports are sent on both a weekly and monthly schedule, and you'll receive both if you have impact reporting emails enabled. There's no option to select only monthly reports.
