Quick Answer
Course Ambassadors can add photos through the UDisc app (3-dot menu โ Add photos) or through Course Tools in a web browser (Photos tab โ Upload). Once uploaded, you can organize photos by assigning them to specific holes, setting cover photos, and editing captions.
Note: Only photos (images) can be uploaded to your course listing โ videos and video links aren't supported in the photos section. If you want players to be able to find a video of your course, paste the link into your course description in Course Tools โ Details.

Unique course features
Photos to avoid:
People, pets, or animals
Disc golf equipment (discs, bags)

Photo Moderation
All photos go through automatic moderation immediately when uploaded โ there's no manual review queue or wait time. Photos either pass or fail right away.
If a photo passes, it will appear on your course listing. You'll receive a confirmation email.
If a photo fails, it won't appear, and you'll receive an email explaining why.
Photos not appearing? If you uploaded photos and some aren't showing up, they were most likely rejected by automatic moderation. Check your email for a rejection notice explaining why. If you didn't get an email or think a photo was rejected incorrectly, ask to talk to a person in the chat and the team can take a look.
Tips for Better Course Photos

Capture unique features โ Highlight what makes your course special.
Use clear captions โ Describe what players are looking at.
