Quick Answer
Invite a new ambassador from the ambassador section of your Course Dashboard. Remove yourself using the red icon next to your name in the same section. You cannot remove other ambassadors yourself.
Inviting a Course Ambassador
Step 1: Go to your Course Tools
Go to UDisc.com/dashboard or find your course in the app and tap the 3-dot menu → Course Tools.
Step 2: View existing ambassadors
On your Course Dashboard, locate the ambassadors section in the bottom right corner.
Step 3: Send an invitation
Tap Invite at the top of the ambassador list. Enter the email address of the person you want to invite, double-check for typos, and tap Send. They'll receive an email with a link to sign up as a Course Ambassador.
Removing yourself as a Course Ambassador
Step 1: Go to your Course Dashboard
Go to UDisc.com/dashboard or open the UDisc app and navigate to You → Menu (≡) → Dashboard.
Step 2: Remove yourself
⚠️ Once removed, you'll no longer have access to Map Manager, Layouts, or Statistics for this course, and you'll stop receiving impact reports.
Select your course to open the Course Dashboard. Locate your name in the ambassador list in the bottom right corner, tap the red icon next to your name, and confirm the removal.
💡 If you have someone in mind to take over, invite them as a Course Ambassador before removing yourself.
Common questions
Can I remove another Course Ambassador?
No — you can only remove yourself. It isn't possible to remove other ambassadors from your Course Dashboard. If you need another ambassador removed, ask to talk to the team in the chat or send an email to help@udisc.com and include:
🏌️ The course name
👤 The ambassador's name or UDisc username
📝 The reason you're requesting their removal
Our team will review the request and follow up with you.
Can I rejoin as a Course Ambassador after removing myself?
Yes — you can reapply at any time at udisc.com/become-a-course-ambassador.
