πŸ“ How to apply to become a Course Ambassador

How to apply for the Course Ambassador Program, what happens during review, and what to do if your application isn't approved.

Ready to help keep your course accurate on UDisc? Here's how to apply for the Course Ambassador Program.

Steps

  1. Complete the application with your information and the course you want to support.

  2. Submit and wait for the UDisc team to review your application.

  3. Once approved, access your Course Tools at udisc.com/dashboard, or by finding your course in the app and tapping the 3-dot menu β†’ Course Tools.

Note: If you selected the wrong affiliation type (e.g., Course Designer, Owner, Club Member) on your application, don't worry β€” it doesn't affect your access or tools as a Course Ambassador. The affiliation type lets the UDisc team know how you're associated with the course, and is only visible to other Course Ambassadors and the UDisc team. If you'd still like it changed, ask to talk to a person in the chat.

Note: Not every application is approved β€” some courses are already managed by a specific organization or club that handles ambassador duties. If your application isn't approved and you have questions, ask to talk to a person in the chat.
