❌ How do I delete my UDisc account?

Delete your UDisc account, handle duplicate accounts, or get help locating accounts you're not sure about.

Permanently delete your UDisc account

If you want to permanently delete your UDisc account, you can request this within the UDisc app or online at UDisc.com.

Important: Account deletions must be initiated by the account holder.

  1. Open the UDisc app or go to udisc.com/account/preferences, and make sure you're logged into the account you want to delete.

    1. In the app, tap the You tab, tap the Menu in the top right, and scroll down to Account preferences.

    2. You may be asked to log in again. After doing so, you'll see an option at the bottom to Delete account.

  2. Tap Delete account and confirm by entering your password.

Important: Account deletion requests may take 14 days to process and are permanent and irreversible. Once your account is deleted, it cannot be recovered.

I have more than one UDisc account

If you have duplicate accounts, keep the one with the history you want to retain and delete the others. Here's how to handle it depending on your situation.

If you know the details of all your accounts

  1. Log into each account you plan to delete and export your scorecards as a CSV to preserve your round history.

  2. Follow the steps above to delete the duplicate accounts.

Note: Rounds and stats can't be transferred between accounts. Exporting your scorecards before deleting is the only way to keep a record of those rounds.

If the account you're deleting has more than 4 scorecards but no UDisc Pro

Exporting more than 4 scorecards requires UDisc Pro. Ask to talk to the team in the chat and we'll add a free week of UDisc Pro to that account so you can export everything before deleting it.

If your UDisc Pro subscription is on the wrong account

Ask to talk to the team in the chat and we can help move your subscription to the account you want to keep.

If you're not sure what accounts you have

Ask to talk with the team in the chat and share any details you have — usernames, email addresses, PDGA number, or purchase information — and we'll help you locate all your accounts.

If your history is from UDisc+ (the original app before this one)

UDisc+ was the app before the current one, and it's been discontinued for a while. If your earliest visible round is from around 2015 and you didn't have Pro when you first signed up, your missing rounds are likely on a UDisc+ account rather than lost.

  1. Log into the same UDisc account in both UDisc+ and the current app to trigger a sync.

  2. If a round won't transfer, try deleting it from UDisc+ — this is often caused by the first round in the sequence, and deleting it can unblock the rest.

  3. Still stuck? Manually re-enter the round in the current app and update the date and time to match.

Important: UDisc+ is no longer supported. Transfer or record what you want to keep before it becomes inaccessible.

I deleted my account in error

You can cancel a deletion request yourself within 14 days of submitting it.

  1. Go to udisc.com/account/preferences and log into the account.

  2. Tap Cancel deletion request.

Note: If you have a UDisc Pro subscription, any renewal scheduled within the next 14 days may still be processed. Cancel your subscription separately if you don't want to be charged.

After 14 days you'll receive an email confirming your account has been deleted. At that point the deletion is permanent — nothing can be done to recover the account.
