💡 Creating a UDisc account is always free and never requires payment information — sign up in the app or at UDisc.com/sign-up. Payment details are only needed if you choose to start a UDisc Pro trial or subscription, which this article covers below.
You can purchase UDisc Pro online at UDisc.com/subscribe or in the app via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
Purchasing directly from UDisc.com gets you the best price and keeps the most money in disc golf!
To subscribe in the app, open UDisc and go to More → UDisc Pro Account. If you haven't subscribed yet, you can start your 2-week free trial there.
Note: UDisc Pro is only available as an annual subscription. There's no monthly option.
Managing your subscription
How you manage your subscription depends on where you purchased it.
Purchased online
Manage your subscription at udisc.com/account/billing or in the app at More → Account preferences → Billing information → Manage subscription. From there you can update your billing info or cancel future auto-renewals.
Purchased on iOS
Open the Settings app.
Tap your name at the top (Apple ID, iCloud+, Media & Purchases).
Tap Subscriptions → UDisc.
Purchased on Android
Open the Google Play Store.
Tap your profile icon in the top right.
Tap Payments and subscriptions → Subscriptions → UDisc.
Accepted payment methods
UDisc partners with Stripe for online subscriptions. You can pay with major credit cards — Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. More card brands may be available depending on your country. See Stripe's supported card brands for the full list.
Can I buy an extra year in advance?
There's no direct way to pre-purchase a second year, and in most cases you won't need to — your subscription renews automatically each year, so your Pro access continues without any action from you. Once you're subscribed at UDisc.com, the subscribe page will show that you're already subscribed and won't sell you another year, and canceling your auto-renewal doesn't change that.
If you'd still like to lock in extra time ahead of your renewal, one workaround is to buy a UDisc Pro gift for yourself:
Buy a UDisc Pro gift, entering your own email at checkout. You'll get a promo code by email.
Redeem the code at udisc.com/account/billing. It's added on top of your current expiration date, so you keep the time you already have. See How do I redeem the promo code I received? for the full steps.
Note: You can stack a maximum of 2 years at once. If your subscription expires more than a year from now, wait until you have less than a year left before redeeming — otherwise the extra year may not apply yet.
Can't find which account your subscription is on?
Your UDisc Pro subscription is tied to whichever UDisc account was active when you purchased it — which might not be the one you're currently logged into. Here's how to track it down.
If you purchased on Google Play
Find your Google Play receipt by going to play.google.com/store/account/orderhistory, or open the Google Play Store and tap Profile icon → Payments and subscriptions → Budget & history → Purchase history.
Your receipt will show a Google Play order number — it starts with "GPA." followed by a string of numbers, like GPA.1234-5678-9012-34567. Knowing which Google account was used can help narrow things down, but keep in mind your UDisc account may use a completely different email address. If you're not sure which UDisc account it's tied to, share your GPA order number in the chat and a team member can look it up.
If you purchased on iOS
Find your Apple receipt by visiting reportaproblem.apple.com and signing in with your Apple ID, or check the receipt email sent to your Apple ID email address. Knowing which Apple ID was used can help narrow things down, but your UDisc account may use a completely different email address. If you're not sure which UDisc account it's tied to, share your receipt details in the chat and a team member can help.
Still can't find it?
If you've tried your known email addresses and still can't locate the account, ask to talk to the team in the chat — a team member can look up your subscription and help you regain access.
