How to Request a Refund

For Apple App Store Purchases

If you subscribed through the Apple App Store:

  1. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple ID β€” your purchase history will be there.

  2. Locate your UDisc Pro subscription purchase.

  3. Follow Apple's steps to submit your refund request.

Apple handles all refund decisions for App Store purchases.

For Google Play Store Purchases

If you subscribed through Google Play, contact the UDisc team via chat. To speed things up, find your Google Play order number before reaching out:

  1. Go to play.google.com/store/account/orderhistory, or open the Google Play Store and tap Profile icon β†’ Payments and subscriptions β†’ Budget & history β†’ Purchase history.

  2. Look for your UDisc purchase β€” the order number starts with "GPA." followed by a string of numbers, like GPA.1234-5678-9012-34567.

  3. Share that order number with the team and they'll assist you with your refund request.

For UDisc.com Purchases

Important Information About Refunds

Free Trial Period

UDisc Pro subscriptions include a 14-day free trial. If you are charged after the trial period ends, it is because the trial automatically renews into a paid subscription unless canceled before the trial expires. To avoid charges, you must cancel before your free trial ends.

Platform Limitations

UDisc cannot directly process refund requests for purchases made through the Apple App Store. These requests must be submitted through Apple's designated refund process.

For Google Play Store and UDisc.com purchases, the UDisc team will help you initiate the refund process.

Note: If you've requested a refund, your subscription is canceled as part of that process β€” you won't be charged again. You don't need to take any additional steps to stop future charges.
