If you're currently subscribed to UDisc Pro via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and want to subscribe instead at UDisc.com, here's how.
Switching to a UDisc.com subscription
Step 1: Cancel your app store subscription
On Android:
Go to the Google Play Store and open your profile.
Tap Payments & Subscriptions.
Tap Subscriptions.
Tap UDisc.
Tap Cancel your subscription.
On Apple:
Go to the App Store and open your profile.
Tap Subscriptions.
Tap UDisc.
Tap Cancel your subscription.
Step 2: Subscribe at UDisc.com
After canceling on your mobile device, go to UDisc.com/subscribe.
Make sure you're logged in to the correct UDisc account, and subscribe for another year.
This adds an additional year to your UDisc Pro subscription. You'll see your new expiration date in the app under the Profile tab.
Frequently asked questions
Can I switch directly from Google Play to the Apple App Store (or vice versa)?
Not right away. Apple and Google Play only let you start a new UDisc Pro subscription once your current one has actually expired â canceling it early doesn't open up a new subscription on the other store any sooner.

Can multiple family members sharing the same Apple ID each have UDisc Pro?
Yes â but Apple only allows one UDisc Pro subscription per Apple ID through the App Store. If multiple people share the same Apple ID, at least one of them will need to subscribe directly at udisc.com/subscribe instead. Each person can still have their own UDisc Pro â they just can't both be billed through the same Apple ID.
