🚩 How do I report an error on a course listing?

If you've spotted incorrect information on a course listing — wrong details, bad mapping, or a closed course — let us know and we'll look into it.

Common things players notice

Here are some examples of issues you might spot on a course listing:

  • Course details are wrong — incorrect hours, amenities, accessibility info, or contact details

  • The map doesn't match the course — tee pads, baskets, or fairways are in the wrong location

  • Hole information is off — distances or pars don't match the tee signs

  • A layout is missing or incorrect — a common configuration isn't available, or an existing one has errors

  • You want a new layout configuration added — creating layouts requires Course Ambassador status, unless you're setting one up specifically for a league or event, which can be done through League or Event Tools

  • The course is permanently closed — the listing is still active but the course no longer exists

  • A course is missing entirely — it's not in the UDisc directory at all

What you can do

Report it to us

Ask to talk to a person in the chat with the following:

  • Course name and location

  • Description of the issue — what's wrong and what the correct information should be

  • Screenshots if the issue is visual, like incorrect mapping or a wrong location pin

  • How you know — signage, a local announcement, or any other source that confirms the issue

We'll investigate and make changes where we can.

If you'd like a new layout added to a course and you're not an Ambassador, let us know and we'll see what we can do.

Become a Course Ambassador

If you want to be able to fix and maintain course information yourself, consider applying to be a Course Ambassador. Ambassadors are the people behind every accurate course map on UDisc — they can update mapping, manage layouts, edit course details, and more. Learn about the Course Ambassador Program to see if it's a good fit for you.
