Not seeing a course?
There are a few reasons it might not appear. This article will walk you through what to check and how to fix it.
It's an Invite Only Course
Some courses on our platform are invite only, meaning they are not available to the general public. These courses are typically for specific groups or organizations and are not meant to be accessed by everyone. As a result, invite only courses do not show up on the public map or list. They must be searched for by name.
It's Been Removed from the Directory
If a course has been permanently closed or removed, it won’t appear in the directory. This could happen for several reasons—like the course being outdated, relocated, or no longer open to the public. If you can’t find a course you used to see, it may have been removed.
Your Filters or View Preferences are Hiding It
Tap the filters button in the top left of the directory. Clear any selected filters and scroll down to check your view settings. The course might be hidden if it’s unavailable, has limited access, or for other reasons.
