Not seeing a course?
There are a few reasons it might not appear. This article will walk you through what to check and how to fix it.
ā Recently got a course approved? Approval itself is instant, but you may need to close and reopen the app for the directory to sync. If it's still not showing up after that, the same reasons below apply ā start with whether it's set to invite-only, or set to Limited and marked unavailable.
It's an invite-only course
Some courses on UDisc are invite-only, meaning they aren't available to the general public. These courses are typically for specific groups or organizations. Invite-only courses don't show up on the public map or list ā they must be searched for by name.
It's been removed from the directory
If a course has been permanently closed or removed, it won't appear in the directory. This can happen if the course is outdated, relocated, or no longer open to the public.
It's marked as unavailable
If a course set to Limited access is marked as under construction, out of season, or otherwise unavailable, it may not show up in the directory until it's marked available again. Courses set to Everyone will still show up regardless of availability status.
Your filters or view preferences are hiding it
Tap the filters button in the top left of the directory. Clear any selected filters and scroll down to check your view preferences. The course might be hidden based on availability, access settings, or other criteria.
It's a seasonal or special events course missing from the "Nearby Courses" list on UDisc.com
This is different from the main map. On a course's page on UDisc.com, the right sidebar shows a Nearby Courses list ā this list isn't available in the app.
Seasonal and special events courses are left out of this list on purpose, even when a course is set to Everyone and appears fine on the main map. Since these courses aren't playable most of the year, keeping them out of nearby suggestions helps make sure every course listed as "nearby" is actually open to play.
š” Tip: Want players to find your seasonal or special events course anyway? Share the course name so they can search for it directly, or download a course sign with a QR code ā see š§ŗ How to List a Bring Your Own Basket (BYOB) or Special Events Course on UDisc for details.
Still not finding it?
