🔎 Why can't I see a course on the map?

If a course isn’t showing up in the list or on the map, here’s why it might be missing.

Not seeing a course?

There are a few reasons it might not appear. This article will walk you through what to check and how to fix it.

It's an invite-only course

Some courses on UDisc are invite-only, meaning they aren't available to the general public. These courses are typically for specific groups or organizations. Invite-only courses don't show up on the public map or list — they must be searched for by name.

It's been removed from the directory

If a course has been permanently closed or removed, it won't appear in the directory. This can happen if the course is outdated, relocated, or no longer open to the public.

Your filters or view preferences are hiding it

Tap the filters button in the top left of the directory. Clear any selected filters and scroll down to check your view preferences. The course might be hidden based on availability, access settings, or other criteria.

Still not finding it?

If you've checked all of the above and the course still isn't showing up, ask in the chat to talk to a human — our support team will take it from there.
