If you're trying to subscribe to UDisc Pro in the app but encountering an error, it's likely because Apple will only allow one subscription per Apple ID.

Do you have a family member that shares your Apple ID and is already subscribed to UDisc Pro? If so, you will not be able to subscribe via the App Store. However, you can subscribe for yourself using our online system.
βIs it possible that you have more than one UDisc account? It's possible that you have a UDisc Pro subscription on a different account than the one you are logged into. Try logging in with different email address or username.
