Do you have a family member that shares your Apple ID and is already subscribed to UDisc Pro? If so, you will not be able to subscribe via the App Store. However, you can subscribe for yourself using our online system.
Is it possible that you have more than one UDisc account? It's possible that you have a UDisc Pro subscription on a different account than the one you are logged into. Try logging in with different email address or username. Additionally, verify the email address or username linked to your UDisc account. If necessary, try logging into all possible accounts to identify the one where your subscription was activated. For further confirmation, locate the order number for your subscription from the App Store or Play Store and provide it to UDisc Support for assistance.
