How do I redeem my promo code?
Go to UDisc.com/account/billing.
Enter your promo code in the designated field.
Select the Apply button to confirm the offer. Note: Ensure the promotional price appears before proceeding to the payment stage. If it does not, the promo code may not be valid for your account.
Promotional offers for UDisc Pro, such as discounted yearly subscriptions, are often targeted to specific users. These offers may be shared through email or unique promotional codes. Users who do not receive an offer but see it available for others may still be able to take advantage, depending on certain conditions.
What if I already have a subscription via UDisc.com?
It will automatically be applied to your next invoice. For discounts, your next renewal will be charged at the discounted rate. For a free year of UDisc Pro, your next renewal will be free.If you notice a discrepancy where the discounted price reverts to the full price during payment, this may indicate that the discount will only apply after your current subscription expires. Wait until your existing subscription fully lapses and then attempt to use the promotional offer again.
What if I already have a subscription via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store?
Promotional discounts from UDisc cannot be applied to subscriptions purchased or renewed through the Apple App Store due to platform constraints. If you want to redeem a promo code, you must cancel your existing App Store subscription and switch to billing directly through UDisc's website. After canceling your subscription through the App Store, visit udisc.com/account/billing to complete the redemption process for your promo code directly via UDisc.
Note: When clicking on a promotional link or entering a promo code, ensure that you are logged into your UDisc account. If the discount does not apply successfully, it may indicate that the offer is not available for your account.
You can’t have more than 2 years on your subscription. If your current expiration date is more than a year from now, you will need to wait until you have less than a year left on your subscription to redeem your promo code.Promotional offers will only apply after your current subscription period ends. Ensure your subscription is nearing expiration before attempting to use the promo code again.
