If you're experiencing this issue, it is likely that the app on your phone has entered standby mode. When in this mode, all networking capabilities are disabled. The scores from your watch will continue syncing to the phone app, but those scores will not be synced to the server.
What can you do?
Reopen the UDisc app on your device. This will remove the network restrictions, and scores will sync to the server shortly after that network connection is reestablished.
Turn off ‘Battery Optimization’ for UDisc. Doing that will prevent the UDisc app from entering standby mode, and when you enter scores on your Garmin device, they will sync to the phone as well as the server.
On an Android device, open the Settings app and tap on Apps → App battery usage → UDisc, and select Unrestricted.
On an Apple device, go to Settings → Battery and turn off Low Power Mode.
