When do my stats update?
Your player stats update immediately when you finish a round — you don't need to wait overnight or refresh anything. If you complete a round and your stats don't reflect it right away, work through the checks below.
Stats not updating after a round?
Check these two things first:
Make sure "Include in my stats history" is turned on for that round. Open the completed scorecard, tap the menu in the upper right, and check the toggle under Settings. If it's off, turn it on — your stats will update immediately.
Check your default setting. If rounds are consistently being excluded, your account may be set to exclude new rounds by default. Go to You → Menu → App settings → Scorecards and check the Exclude new rounds from profile stats toggle.
If "Include in my stats history" is already on and your stats still aren't updating, ask in the chat to talk to a human — our support team will take it from there.
What does "Include in my stats history" control?
When Include in my stats history is toggled off, that round will:
not be eligible for course leaderboards
not count towards Full rounds
not contribute to Par performance or Profile stats
be excluded from hole averages, best, and full scoring breakdown shown on your scorecard
be excluded from the My course stats section
be excluded from Matchup history
still count towards your weekly streak
still be included in Total rounds
still add the course to your Courses played list
still count any Aces that are recorded
This setting can be adjusted on an individual scorecard or set as a default on your account. Teams rounds like doubles or triples are always automatically excluded from your stats history.
How to turn it on or off
When starting a round
Start a round, select your course and layout, add cardmates.
Open the Customize your round menu.
Toggle Include in my stats history on or off.
Start your round.
On an active scorecard
Tap the menu in the upper right.
Under Customize, toggle Include in my stats history on or off.
Tap Done.
On a completed scorecard
Open the scorecard you want to update.
Tap the menu in the upper right.
Under Settings, toggle Include in my stats history on or off.
Tap Done.
Adjusting the default setting
Open the UDisc app and tap You → Menu (upper right).
Tap App settings.
Under Scorecards, toggle Exclude new rounds from profile stats on or off.
Note: This setting only applies to scorecards created after the change was made.
