Even when nothing major has changed at your course, small things drift over time, hours shift, amenities get removed, photos go stale, or a tee pad moves slightly. Reviewing your course page once a year helps maintain a strong accuracy rating.

Quick Answer

Work through each section below and make updates where needed. Even if nothing needs changing, an annual review helps catch the small things that slip through over time.

Course details

  • Location pin drops in the right spot and parking information is correct

  • Hours and seasonal availability are current

  • Fees and access restrictions reflect current policy

  • Contact information is up to date

  • Course status is set correctly

Amenities

  • Every amenity listed is still available

  • Any new amenities have been added

  • Restroom, water, and shelter availability is accurate

Photos

  • Photos still represent what the course looks like today

  • Any outdated or low-quality photos have been removed or replaced

  • Key holes or features have good photo coverage

Map and layouts

  • All tee positions are accurately placed in Map Manager

  • All target positions reflect current basket locations

  • Fairways are mapped correctly for each hole

  • All active layouts are working and not showing "Needs Attention"

  • Any obsolete layouts have been retired

  • Hole notes are current and reflect any rules or important details

Course information

  • Hole count is correct

  • Par values are accurate for each hole
