1️⃣ Step 1: Mapping your course with multiple tees or targets

When mapping your course, it's important to include all possible tee and target positions during the initial setup—even positions that aren't currently active. This ensures your map is complete and ready for any configuration changes.

Before you start mapping

Tell us about your tees

  • Tell us if any holes have more than one tee position

  • Your naming system (e.g., Red, White, Blue, or Short, Long)

  • All position options you use

Tell us about your targets

  • Tell us if any holes have more than one target position

  • Your target naming system (e.g., A, B, C or Short, Long)

  • All position options you use

Tell us about multiple baskets

  • Tell us if any hole has more than one physical basket installed at the same time

  • Provide the descriptions of each basket (color, manufacturer, model)

  • Include any other identifying details

During the mapping process

Placing your tees

  1. Start by placing the first tee and select what this position is called

Tip: If one physical tee serves multiple positions (like both Red and White), select both options

  2. If there are additional tees on the hole, select "Yes" and place the next tee

Tip: If only one position option remains, it will be applied automatically

Placing your targets

Follow the same process for target positions:

  1. Place each target and indicate which position it represents

  2. Add any additional target positions for the hole

Setting up fairways

For each fairway you create:

  • Add doglegs where needed

  • Set the appropriate par (available for every tee-to-target combination)

Installing baskets

  • Indicate which target positions currently have a basket installed

  • Specify which basket is installed at each position

Before moving on

  • Review the summary and map view

  • Verify everything looks correct

  • Advance to the next hole

Finishing up

  1. Repeat the mapping process for all remaining holes

  2. Review the complete course overview

  3. Verify all map details and positions are correct

  4. Publish your map

  5. Select which layouts you want auto-created

That's it—you're ready to play! 🎉
