If you are currently subscribed to UDisc Pro via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, and wish instead to subscribe online at UDisc.com, this can be done in a few simple steps. 


1. You will need to cancel the auto-renewing subscription on your mobile device. 

  •    For Android -

    1. Go to the Google Play Store and open your profile

    2. Tap Payments & Subscriptions

    3. Tap Subscriptions

    4. Tap UDisc

    5. Cancel your subscription   

  • For Apple -

    1. Go to the App Store and open your profile

    2. Tap Subscriptions

    3. Tap UDisc

    4. Cancel your subscription

2. After cancelling on your mobile device, navigate to UDisc.com/subscribe. 

3. Make sure you are logged in to the correct UDisc account, and subscribe for another year.


This will add an additional year to your UDisc Pro subscription, and in the app under the Profile tab, you will see your new expiration date. 


Please note: The receipt you receive from our online payment system will show the date exactly one year from the date of purchase. This does not represent your true expiration date. Please verify that the date is correct on the Profile tab of the app.
